Smallgoods shop enjoys big win

Held at Mandoon Estate in Caversham this month, the awards recognise quality meat in WA.
The Adrian’s Continental Smallgoods owner won first place in the traditional Australian pork category, with his Shamrock pork sausage.
Mr Marinovich took over the business in 2008 and said he implemented a new direction and vision to offer a wider selection in product range including free-range pork, new products made with German and Swiss style production methods, award-winning sausage lines, and the use of traditional European recipes.
He had already worked for his parents business for 23 years.
